Many have asked if we knew where to find the series on Barry Beach by NBC Dateline News. Here is a link for those that missed the series and would like to watch them. It is even discussed in this situation how the Montana Parole Board handled the parole hearing and the evidence. That they “twisted the evidence” they did not budge on anything concerning his sentence. Of course the state still wants him back in prison. But then again look at what kind of police state Montana is with corruption, good ole’ boys that are above the law, the money that is being made and the extremely high incarceration rates. This is not a new thing for Montana, unfortunately. Look again at the race for Governor and for Attorney General, look who is receiving the most funds from lawyers and lobbyists and law enforcement. Look at the statistics on how much CCA has contributed to campaigns or lobbyists that have wined and dined. It is those that have plans to incarcerate more as they have made a booming business out of it. Not surprising that Attorney General Steve Bullock declined the interview with Dateline News. Montana we are in need of change, Montanans need justice.

You go Barry Beach. Write the book. Sue the ex governor, the prosecutor that lied to your Jury, the man that claims to be for the law yet can’t read the difference in your confession and the evidence. This was indeed a railroading and with all the physical that did not match should have been enough to dismiss your case not prosecute it, Good luck young man.
